These terms apply to Kiddypaint, made by Small Victories BV. By installing or using the app you agree to them. They are short, because the app is simple: it works entirely on your device, without an account and without an internet connection.

## Using the app

- You may use Kiddypaint for your own, personal, non-commercial use, on the devices linked to your App Store or Google Play account, under the rules of the store you got it from.
- Kiddypaint is made for children, to be used with a parent or carer. As the adult, you decide whether and how long your child uses it.
- Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.

## Price and purchases

Kiddypaint is a one-off purchase on Google Play and free on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no ads. Refunds go through the store you bought from, under its own refund rules.

## Photos

You choose which photos to turn into colouring pages. Only use photos you’re allowed to use, and keep in mind that saved pages end up in your photo library like any other picture. Kiddypaint never sends your photos anywhere.

## Your data

Kiddypaint collects no personal data. The [privacy policy](/projects/kidypaint/privacy) explains what stays on your device.

## Our responsibility

I make Kiddypaint with care, but it is provided as it is. I don’t promise it will be free of bugs or available on every device forever. As far as the law allows, Small Victories BV is not liable for indirect damage arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Belgian or EU law.

## Apple

If you got Kiddypaint from the App Store, Apple’s [standard licence terms](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also apply. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; Small Victories is.

## Law and disputes

Belgian law applies to these terms, and disputes go to the courts of Ghent. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

## Changes

If these terms change, this page and the date at the top will be updated.
