## Projects

- [Rilo](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/rilo): A first phone for children aged about 4 to 10. Encrypted calls and messages, only with the people their parents approve. No strangers, photos, ads or analytics.
- [Brush Buddy](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/brush-buddy): A brushing timer for young children. A cartoon tooth guides them through two minutes of brushing, one part of the mouth at a time. Fully offline.
- [Kiddypaint](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/kidypaint): Turns any photo into a colour-by-number page for children, entirely on the device. No account, no ads, no network.
- [Math Adventure](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/math-adventure): A calm, offline arithmetic game for children aged 6 to 9, called Rekenavontuur in Dutch. Number chains and number bonds, no ads, no account.
- [The best Chrome extension in the world](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/the-best-chrome-extension-in-the-world): A Chrome extension for Google Meet. It turns your background into the colour of your shirt and can play elevator music into the call while everyone waits for everyone else.
- [Photoboot](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/photoboot): A photo booth in the browser. Any laptop or tablet with a camera takes the photos, a cheap Bluetooth thermal printer turns them into black-and-white stickers, and guests can take a colour copy home on their phone.
- [SEPA QR](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/sepa-qr): Fill in a name, an IBAN, an amount and a message, and get a QR code that any European banking app scans to prepare the transfer. Everything happens in your browser.
- [Pass the Aux](https://www.small-victories.co/projects/pass-the-aux): A DJ app in the browser for a small party. Two decks and a crossfader for whoever is on the aux, and a QR code so every guest can suggest the next track from their phone.

## Open source

- [Google Calendar Sync](https://github.com/marijnvandevoorde/google-calendar-sync) (MIT): A Google Apps Script that keeps several Google calendars in sync across accounts, with a prefix on copied events and a choice of how much each side gets to see.
- [Rustpad](https://github.com/marijnvandevoorde/rustpad) (MIT): A hosted fork of Rustpad, Eric Zhang's minimal collaborative code editor. The fork adds document owners, locking and saved versions. Original by Eric Zhang: https://github.com/ekzhang/rustpad. Runs at https://code.small-victories.co.
- [Small Victories Skillsbook](https://github.com/marijnvandevoorde/small-victories-skillsbook) (GPL-2.0, no longer maintained): A WordPress plugin that keeps track of a group of people and their skills.
- [Small Victories Bookings](https://github.com/marijnvandevoorde/small-victories-bookings) (GPL-2.0, no longer maintained): A WordPress plugin for a form with options that each have a limit: a simple booking or stock system.
